Mona Lisa Insurance not only found the best rate on my home owners policy, they also discovered that my bank had not made a payment (I escrow RE Tax and Insurance with my bank) and the carrier was considering canceling my policy. Mona Lisa staff jumped in and called this very slow moving bank and discovered that the bank changed Servicing addresses. This resulted in the New Servicing Address not knowing that I had funds in escrow.
If Mona Lisa had not stepped in my policy would have been cancelled, the bank who caused the problem would have issued Forced Place insurance on my home to protect their investment and this would have cost me a lot of time and a lot of money to resolve.
